Facebook

Built in 1384 with adjoining convent of the Santa Caterina’ nuns whose convent was destroyed during the war of Chioggia. The Church has a very ancient origin (14th century). It presents a Romanesque-style structure with overlapping of Baroque elements added during the 17th and 18th centuries. In the Church of St. Catherine is also preserved an image of the Madonna della Salute, whose feast is celebrated on 21st November, one of the few occasions in which the Church is open to the public.
