Ingredients: Ingredients for 4 people: 1/2 kg of cuttlefish, 4 broad lobsters or a pair of crab claws, 1 John Dory, 1 tub gurnard, 1 angler fish, 1 cup of white vinegar, 1/3 tube of tomato purée or 100 g of sieved tomatoes
Preparation: Heat a small cup of oil in a pan with the broad lobsters or the crab claws, which should be chopped into small pieces. Add the cuttlefish and two cups of water and bring to the boil for a few minutes. Halfway through the cooking process, add the John Dory, the tub gurnard and the angler fish, which should be sliced. Around ten minutes before the end, add a bowlful of white vinegar, a pinch of epper, some salt and the tomato purée. Serve with hot polenta (preferably white).
